C.A.F.E. (Cultural Awareness For Everyone)

McLean’s first C.A.F.E. celebrating Cultural Awareness for Everyone was held earlier this month with great fanfare. Students, parents and teachers gathered over dinner to discuss the rich interplay of commonality and difference at McLean. New and veteran families mingled with Ms. Pierro, Ms. Tripp and all three Division Heads to plan for the coming year. The foreign language department, headed by Judy Townsend, helped generate exciting suggestions for February’s International Night.
