Music Teachers Take Center Stage

Leah Kocsis, Lower School music teacher, just finished a successful run of Fiddler on the Roof as the Assistant Music Director/Conductor with The Arlington Players. She has conducted and performed with a variety of community and youth orchestras throughout the Metro area. She has served as the Music Director of the Chamber Orchestra of Southern Maryland and the Rockville Regional Youth Orchestra. She has also been the music director of Quilters, City of Angels, Nunsense, Big, and Sweeney Todd.

Wil Reed, Upper School music teacher, is a successful composer. He had his piece for two cellos performed at the University of North Carolina this weekend. Way to go Wil!
