Lower School Community Service

During the holidays, each student from lower school purchases school supplies and other assorted items for needy children in our area. The students put the gifts in shoeboxes that they wrap and decorate. Representatives from Lower School Student Council help deliver the boxes to a local school. They also conduct bake sales donating funds to local charities. Lower school students make gifts and special foods for children at the Children’s Inn at NIH and the Greentree Shelter throughout the year.
